MENTOR AGREEMENT
Introduction
We believe that in order to preserve the function and integrity of Celebrate Life International, Inc. dba Teach One to Lead One® (T1L1) and to provide strong role models to the young people whom we serve, it is imperative that all persons who serve as volunteer mentors, understand, agree to, and abide by the T1L1 Universal Principles and Standards of Conduct listed below.

We are dedicated to community mentoring programs that teach Universal Principles to lead at-risk kids into a life of purpose and potential.
Vision Statement
We aim to transform at-risk kids into responsible citizens in all counties in the United States of America and all nations and territories around the world.

Standards of Conduct
We believe that every person must be afforded compassion, love, kindness, respect, and dignity. We believe that hateful and harassing behavior or attitudes directed toward any individual are to be repudiated and are not in accord with the standards of T1L1.
